WHere do you ship from ? Where are the products produced?
UK produced! ALL our products are printed and shipped from the UK only, from our 2 sites.

How do I get some sample garments with my logo on?
First we build your store for you. Then you can order sample printed garments for delivery to your own address. No minimum orders! so order as little as 1.

I sell bespoke workwear. My customer wants a sample with their logo on, how do I arrange that?
There is no minimum order size, they can order as little as 1. When they login in the future, to order more, they can do so without needing to pay another design file 'setup' fee as it would have already been done. But if you want to cover the cost of their sample item - ask us for the link to the order area so you can handle it.

With an admin account, what can I do with my store?
We edit websites and products free of charge for you, but you also have some editing capability with your login (such as your markup profit) . But please note: if you choose to edit website layout and products and it causes issues there may be a charge to fix it

Who will be responsible for answering questions from buyers?
We put a free question form on your webstore, and questions from your customers will go to you at your chosen email address. If in turn you have any questions for us you can ask them at any time and we are happy to help.

How and when do i get my commission money?
Your commssion will be automaticall paid into your PAYPAL account at the start of each month. There is a small 3.1% card transaction fee deduction that covers some of the cost of your customers card transaction purchase

Can I change the products or colours in my store template?
Yes, you can. We have populated our store templates with best selling garments with high stock levels. If you want to swap them out for others: Store owners are encouraged to choose colours with higher stock levels to reduce the risk of items going out of stock.

WITH MY ACCOUNT, WHAT changes CAN I make to MY STORE?

How long will it take for the order to reach the customer?
We typically aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days from order (excluding day of order, weekends, bank holidays), dispatching via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour services. As soon as the package leaves the factory, this will be marked as shipped, with tracking details

What is considered a print-ready artwork?
- Supported Formats - PDF, PNG
- Vector format will produce the cleanest of prints.
- If a png, a minimum of 300dpi, transparent background.
- Colours - our POD services use our 9 colour DTF transfers. For our 9 colour DTF transfers, we recommend RGB for a wider colour gamut.
- All artwork must be uploaded to scale - what you see is exactly how it will be printed.
- It is important to note that DTF prints require a minimum of 0.5mm brush stroke/column width – anything below this size may not print/adhere to the garment.

How is the decoration print price calculated?
There are 3 print prices - based on size.
- From 1 to 144 cm², the cost is £0.75.
- From 145 to 625 cm², the cost is £1.75.
- The maximum charge is £2.95.
